The goal of the research is to discover how collectives can be made more creative, intelligent and when they can select the rules governing their interactions. The focus of the positions is on designing and running large-scale online behavioral experiments. Strong applicants will have quantitative and computational training in behavioral, cognitive, social science, or computer/information science. We will recruit one postdoc at UC Davis and one at Cornell. The positions will remain open until filled, starting likely in August 2025, potentially sooner.
