Hello, my name is Katie! I am currently pursuing my Computer Science &
Software Engineering degree, with the hopes of becoming a UX/UI designer or
researcher. UX/UI interests me a lot when it comes to how people interact
with technology. I love learning from others about how we can continue
finding ways to bridge this gap.
Lately, I've begun researching how AI tools impact how immigrant and
refugee users with neurodivergent conditions interact with technology? I am
excited to report my findings. Ultimately, my motivation for this research
and UX/UI is to provide a safe space for individuals where technology
adapts into their lifestyle rather than the other way around.
Other than that, I love to draw, collect trinkets, cook, and garden.
